Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. The hotel has rooms under construction so from the 7 hours you get up with noise and into the night. He had no wide availability of lounge chairs. on the beach or pools. The somewhat cool pools. Much noise at all hours in the rooms.
The hotel is well located, in general there was good attention.

The staff were phenominal, very kind and catering. The resort was kept very clean and well maintained. The food was spectacular at every restaurant.
I had to request a sand volleyball court because they did not have one. While I greatly appreciated them accomodating us with putting up poles and a net, it was only a make do court and needed grooming and care.

The all-inclusive was excellent. Several good restaurants and drinks with premium liquor is awesome! Some meals are considered "premium" and cost extra but the staff always pointed that out. The staff is generally very friendly and hard working.
La Botega, the steak house, was terrible unless you get a premium meal. I've never been served a worse cut of meat. The location is a $25 cab ride both ways to downtown. The beach is not really swimmable for rocks. The hot tubs were almost always cold.

Friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful beaches without vendors selling goods. Having multiple pools was nice. The hotel was all-inclusive and drinks & food were easily accessible. Wireless internet was stable. Hotel grounds beautiful & well-maintained.
The beds were uncomfortable. I could easily hear noise from the hallway. Although very scenic, the beaches were not swimmable. Transportation into town is costly. I didn't like feeling pressured to attend the vacation club meeting. Food was average.

All inclusive deal was great, restaurants are all fantastic, staffs are so friendly. The hotel is big but the golf cars take us to everywhere and we don't really.
Beach sand is not so good, the texture is hust too big to even walk on the beach

The entire experience surpassed every notion I ever had regarding an "all-inclusive" resort. The staff were exceptionally professional and exceedingly kind. The grounds were breath-taking. The private beach was tremendously romantic -I brought my girl!
What didn't we like....how do you say "not applicable" in Spanish!!
