Okanagan Seasons Resort

No dirty carpet in room! It looked like the flooring was vinyl which was awesome. Carpets are so gross and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that there were none.

Housekeepers were friendly enough, but the front desk staff were only o.k. The front desk workers did seem a bit aloof and not overly welcoming. Oh, the owners should rename the premises and call it a motel instead of a resort, too.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've EVER stayed in. Broken down vehicles in the parking lot, garbage everywhere, a truck canopy laying in front of the front desk along with a junky old ping pong table. The rooms were absolutely gross. Dated and dirty

I wouldn't recommend a dog stay in this dump...This whole hotel needs to be remodeled.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable & shower worked well.Staff was helpful.

Outside was in rough shape. Definitely different then picture.

The soulful cleaning staff and the groundskeeper.

drug dealer next door and the paper thin walls. The ventilator above the toilet was leaking on me while I was on the toilet. The kitchen facilities were closed to the public and I¿ve only seen staff there. I found bugs in the room. 5 mins for hot shower

Location rooms are clean good outdoor patio area and pool no noise

I enjoyed the privacy and that my car was parked right outside. It was very quiet and a good place to rest after many days of stress.

Nothing! I got a refund after I looked at all the poop, dirt, dog hair, blood and more. This place is awful.

Nothing!

Good staff, good service, hotel is very outdated. Need a major renovation. You can see ceiling has water leak stains. Excellent location.

I did not like breakfast at all. I booked the rooms well in advanced yet our rooms were miles apart Very Expensive for this kind of facility

Easy to find and it was located near lots of restaurants and shops.

This motel is listed as a 2star establishment however you pay a 3-4 star amount!!! It should be $50 $60 less for the quality of the room. ! The picture of the room is very outdated!! The walls are paper thin! I could hear the neighbors vomiting!!!

It was clean the staff were friendly great location, definintaly would stay again.

The pool was not working at the time.

We really liked the green space around the hotel.

The breakfast room was very small and crowded.

Awesome place to stay! It was clean and very inviting! Perfect for families with children. We will definitely be staying again and recommending the hotel to our friends and family!

It was tough to walk past the beds to get to the sitting area of the room. Very tight pathway.

The price

Not having a room that’s smoke and dog free room would have better for me

Central location. Easy check-in process

Staff

Room very small. Hot tub not hot

A pleasant surprise with the court yard and pool area. amazing

location

staff not nice

The location was decent

I thought that it was severely misadvertised. This place is not a "resort." It's a motel.

location

I was not charged correctly and had to follow up with the mistake to get it corrected.
