- Location ambience and staff
- Different levels of activities inside. Loved being able to bowl, drink, and eat all in same place.
- Quietness

- Parking is exhorbitant and not well maintained. Weed smoking smell all aorund hte parking lot and lifts . very suffocating and did not like it with kids.
- I didn’t like the parking fees on top of all other fees. Also, escalators stopped working at some point. No inside shops to purchase snacks and couldn’t find vending machines.
- For the caliber of hotel then didn't have my room.with a atrium.view available and indicated it was not going to be cleaned. They attempted to solve the issue with upgrading the room.but there was no view as I was expecting and paid for..Never again

Quietness
Just me, I loved the bathroom but imo it should have a better shower curtain. Sugar should be in the rooms for coffee or tea instead 2 packs, not enough, especially if you with another person.
