Location ambience and staff

Parking is exhorbitant and not well maintained. Weed smoking smell all aorund hte parking lot and lifts . very suffocating and did not like it with kids.

Different levels of activities inside. Loved being able to bowl, drink, and eat all in same place.

I didn’t like the parking fees on top of all other fees. Also, escalators stopped working at some point. No inside shops to purchase snacks and couldn’t find vending machines.

For the caliber of hotel then didn't have my room.with a atrium.view available and indicated it was not going to be cleaned. They attempted to solve the issue with upgrading the room.but there was no view as I was expecting and paid for..Never again

clean, thick towels, conference rooms were too small for the size of our conference

hotel was far from dc. jad to pay extra resort fee to use the average pool and gym. doesnt get you anything extra and it's not optional, so you should just include it onto the hotel room price

Quietness

Just me, I loved the bathroom but imo it should have a better shower curtain. Sugar should be in the rooms for coffee or tea instead 2 packs, not enough, especially if you with another person.

That everything was right there, we never had to leave the harbor. Entertainment, the best restaurants waterfront views where all available right at or near the hotel.

I did not like the receptionist who checked me in; Hainya (Ethiopia); very aggressive impolite, and pushy, in forcing me to be part of the Bonvoy program, and that the hotel does not grant a discount for the NSHSS convention

The location, all the restaurants inside, they provided plenty of towels

Add refrigerator and microwave to the rooms. More food options for room service although. It would be nice not to have go downstairs for orange/apple juice. Maybe offer 2 pancakes, eggs and bacon as a option. The birds in the atrium

I called and requested bed spreads at 7 and did not receive them until after 11 pm. I had to call back to make another request

I could not wash up because there was no hot water to take a shower my first night. I didn?t even bother to call back due to me not receiving the bedspread I requested until the hours later. I took a bath when I returned home the next day.

Very beautiful hotel. So much to see and do.

The people were very friendly. But there was not enough staff. The wait was so long in the restaurant. There should be more places to eat there.

The location was fantastic and the atmosphere of the hotel (the atrium and all of the dining options) were phenomenal. All of the staff (Stars) we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

It's not so much that we didn't like the hotel; however, for the cost, we were surprised by the low quality of the towels and the paper products (toilet paper and tissues).

the views are incredible and the kids love riding the glass elevators and the arboretum. Of course, the JuniorOlypmic sized heated indoor pool was the selling point.

Great hospitality! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The views of the water from the balcony was beautiful. The room was clean and well kept and cozy.

Check in was easy. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and they cleaned it each day we were there. We hadn¿t been there for a couple of years and they have upgraded the rooms. They were very nice. Look forward to coming back around Christmas.

There was only one restaurant in the hotel. There is the marketplace in which they sell food. Which is very not only expensive but also very unappetizing.

Proximity to my event

Service was awful. Hands down my worst hotel experience ever. Front desk wasn’t helpful. Terrible communication about any changes pertinent to my overall experience.

I dont like the fact that you have to call to receive your incidental money back and then you have to give information to your bank to receive it. Why cant this money be put back on your card. Very confusing to get back money. What if i didnt call.

During checkin, the staff’s attentiveness was excellent. We indicated that we were celebrating and they made every effort to ensure that we experienced a memorable stay. We received free parking and other amenities in honor of the birthday celebration

The view from the room. Looking into the atrium is spectacular. Our room was very clean too. The bed linens are very plush. They felt like a cloud.
