Location, happy hour, breakfast buffet.

Parking was expensive, $75 plus $13.50 tax. Per night. We Ubered everywhere for cheap and never drove. We got a larger room upgrade at check-in that wasn't so larger. But it was fine for me and my 2 boys. The pool was tiny, but they had one.

Great stay overall! Friendly staff, excellent service, clean rooms, and a convenient location. Very satisfied with my stay. The only downside is the $75 valet parking fee, which is a bit high.

The pool was dirty, the room had a few cosmetic issues, and the Valet cost was outrageous.

Very central so people could visit many sites. Breakfast was good.

No onsite parking unless you want to pay $75 for valet. We had trouble finding a parking garage that allowed overnight parking and had to walk from the garage to the hotel in 10 degree temperature. Some of the bar staff were rude at the complimentary bar

During breakfast, I asked for pork-free options and was shown a premade chicken fajita omelet. The person behind me was offered turkey sausage. Pork-free individuals, know there are pork-free options for breakfast, even if the cooks do not let you know.

The bed was very comfortable and close to the Metro.

The bathroom was not cleaned prior to out stay. When ask to have it cleaned and the razor from the person before us removed from the tub it did not happen.

Visible parking information, not when you arrive to find out, only Valley parking for $70 per night.

The initial room I was assigned was not clean. Blood stains on the bedsheets. Front desk lady did make it right, assigned me a new room and other accommodations.

Breakfast and location

The indoor pool rules were not applied. I want the kids to have a good time but when there are young children (2 and under) in the pool there should be some type of order. There were guests who were unruly and blasting music from their portable speaker.

Location and rooms are great.

Could use extra sheets for the pull-out aside from the one blanket because it got a little cold at some point.

Dirty beddings and sofas. There were hair everywhere.

The morning breakfast plates and utencils ran out during the time we were trying to eat on one of the days of our stay.

There were issues accessing the internet during my entire stay. This greatly affected my stay and my overall experience. Breakfast, poor options for those with dietary restrictions (meat). Paid extra to ensure the layout. Room shape caused me dizziness.

Rooms were well appointed and spacious.

The front desk location is odd and creates a bottle neck problem for guests trying to check in/out during busy times. Valet parking is very expensive and 4pm check in/11am check out is unfavorable. Consider going back to 12pm.

Rude staff. Paid extra for corner room w city views. Rcvd reg room w 2 small windows looking directly into ofc bldg. Was told 2 types of corner rooms, this was just a big room. Made no sense, couldn't get refund. Spent trip w curtains closed whole time.
