Cleanliness. Super clean room and hotel and restaurant.

Shower stall was small and leaked water all over the floor when exiting. Neighbors outside the hotel located behind the hotel were extremely noisy until 1 in front he morning every night. Screaming children in the evening and very noisy adults

This is a special boutique hotel with warm wonderful staff, delicious meals, right near the river.

My room at the end of the hallway was very cold. But my family's other rooms were all very comfortable.

Very nice hotel in the Mosel valley and good starting point to either up the Model or down to the Rhine and Koblenz

I loved the smart mirrors and the music you could play in the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable the cute little town we were in was nice to see out the windows. The restaurant was cute but the breakfast was ok.

Location was fantastic easy access to shops and having a secure carpark included was a bonus. Deluxe 25sqm room was very comfortable. The restaurant meals were huge and delicious.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also the bedding was like a flannelette and itchy against skin but hotel provided a Cotten quilt cover to use as a base sheet which made bed much more comfortable.

It was a lovely place to stay for a day trip in Koblenz, Trier, Cochem, and Luxembourg. We truly enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly, and they speak English. Food was good in the restaurant.

Location, not much in surrounding. Restaurant closed on freday evening( selected the hoytel for a restautant). Free parking at hotel only if there is space ( pickted hotel for easy parking) if not you just have to find a spot somewhere

The Hotel is very nice and cozy. The staff was polite and the check-in was quick.

The hotel is located a little away from Koblenz. It is necessary to get to the center by train

Very pretty location. Nice to see some local life & sample their food & locally produced wine. Nice breakfast. Parking on site. There is a bar/restaurant, but it was closed the night we were there, so we didn't get to try it out.

No kettle in room & bar/restaurant was closed the night we stayed, which was a shame.

Good location in a quiet area near the river but away from the town centre. Excellent Italian restaurant nearby and good schnitzel at the hotel.

Pillows were not very comfortable

It was nice to have small refrigerator in the room. Bathroom was nice with large lighted mirror. Picture above bed of the Rhine was a nice touch, as well as the Bluetooth music option in the room.

In wall bunk beds were nice but not built for an adult size teenager. Bottom panel of wood came detached from under mattress and the 3rd one in our party kept worrying that the rest of the bed would break. These beds should be reserved for children, and even then, beds may not be durable for very active children. There was one woman to do all of the hotel breakfast cooking, clean up, and table set up, and buffet items every morning. We kept having to ask for coffee cups, silverware, napkins, and also eggs and other food items that were empty. It was impossible for 1 person to keep up with the amount of hotel guests having breakfast. I felt bad asking for things and the last day I had to bother her 4 times for needed items to eat breakfast. This is too much for 1 person to manage.Parking should be advertised as street parking. Hotel parking is extremely limited. We arrived about 6pm first night and it was full. Man at reception said in 20 min people would leave from restaurant and there would be 2 spaces open. We were able to park that night but not the next 2 nights, and had to drive around the neighborhood looking for a places to park.

Lovely building, easy to find with handy parking for the motorbike. There was a restaurant on site which served good food where the staff and customers were friendly. The town was nice for a quiet walk.

We did not like the man at the reception. He talk to us with neglection and asked us to pay for breakfast which was already included in the price. Lack of fridge in the room, small parking space.

It's nice to have an elevator to carry your stuff up unto the floor of your room.The room also had massive 70's vibes, which was fun to see.The bed was comfortable.

The reception did not speak English. The replies I got from them on questions through Booking.com were also all answered in German.It was also not specified where you were supposed to park your car, which led me to do a few circles around the area to look for the closest available parking spaces.

No one spoke any English no English menus charged 3euros for a small glass of Coca-Cola

We were able to wash our bicycles in the back. That was great. And we could securely park them in a covered area. Beds were comfortable, nice breakfast. Easy biking to the confluence of Rhine and Mosel.
