- Beautiful hotel and a lovely property, but the staff’s behavior was so unprofessional that it raises serious questions. Zero privacy

Cons -
- Yes i call to make an order for a cake in the room for my daughter birthday and the person from the room service was not able to send me a form on my email address. I was very disappointed.
- Some members of the front desk staff are unpleasant, while others are extremely arrogant and unhelpful. Housekeeping can apparently enter your room without properly knocking, as if it were their own home
- C'est un peu cher pour la chambre que nous avons eu.
