Location and shuttle to/from the airport
I would like to pursue a CREDIT for my room #227 for the following issues: Ants in the bathroom (not resolved), coffee maker broken (not resolved), pillows for cervical issues, requested foam pillows resolved after 2 days of requesting. This was NOT GOOD!

This Courtyard is conveniently located, with many amenities -- swimming pool, computers and printers off the lobby area.
Convenient location, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Parking lot was pretty empty. Wondered why more people didn't stay there. Didn't see many people inside. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice.
It was clean and handy to our location.

The hotel was right off I-75, which made it very convenient for travelling. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. However, the front desk was not staffed upon my arrival or departure. (The clerk was not available.)
Location, cleanliness.

This hotel was very clean, conveniently located and really fit the bill. As I was traveling down I-75, it was very close to the freeway--easy on and off.
This hotel was conveniently located off I-75, was clean, and had a helpful, friendly staff.
When I first arrived, there was no one at the front desk.

I was disappointed because there was no bathtub, only a shower that when used the water came from under the shower curtain to the bathroom floor. We had to double check the locks, windows and doors because they were not locked....especially the window.
