The staff was not very friendly. He was more interested in his phone and making sure I left a 100.00 deposit for my room. The hotel smelled, the outside unkept. The room was ok. It smelled like maple syrup and the toilet handle was broke.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to and the room was totally incredible. We were able to stay in a 2br suite and I was completely blown away by how immaculate it was and how well appointed it was. My entire family loved being there!

The closeness to the airport since we had an early morning flight. Also liked the fact that it had a couch bed since we have 3 children.

Location, easy check-in, knowledgeable staff, clean rooms...no smoke smells so far. Oatmeal, coffee, muffin and Nutrigain bar was an OK start for grabNgo breakfast...better than having no breakfast.

Quick easy check-in. Room was clean & smelled clean.. The curtains closed off all the outside lights. The lobby was bright & decorated & smelled great.
The shower was amazing!! Multiple jets, great pressure, great temperature!
I will definitely be staying here again especially when I fly out of CVG. Parking at the hotel is only $25 a week. It¿s a quiet secure area and they have a 24 hour airport shuttle that¿s complimentary.
