The price, [Link Redacted]'t like: In a room on expressway side. Called front desk, asked to change rooms. Unable to change rooms until the next day. Toilet wouldnÿt flush. Called front desk, to send someone but never did. Toilet still broken that...
night. Changed rooms next day. Fridge didnÿt work. Front desk to send someone, no one came. New room only had 2 cups of caffeinated coffee. Front desk couldnÿt find it. Said call after 11 pm for help.. A/C ran all night in that room even set on auto.

There are two Courtyard "airport" hotels. This one is the farthest away from the airport. (15 minutes) The other Courtyard is in a much better and quieter location. Good value for the price but the location is less desirable.
The property was very clean. The bed was super comfortable.
I hate this location. You are right beside the interstate so you get the traffic noise all night. Also, you are down the street from a busy hospital so you hear sirens frequently.

The guest service agent was exceptional at her job she was very hospitable. The Hotel has indoor pool and hottub, a bistro, small beverage and snack store, business center, and fitness center. The lobby is fantastic, the rooms are even better. The balcony was a plus I cannot reward or thank enough she is truly amazing at providing memorable service to all guests! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, the rooms were very nice and updated. The bed was very confortable. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, mall, shopping, and movie theaters. The customer service was memerable!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. They have a lot of shopping and Restaurants near by and not too far from the airport.
