The staff upgrade my room to a suite! We had a beautiful view of the Potomac River.

Well, we had to wait for our reservation to be recreated at the check in desk, because staff forgot to pull it over from one system to there system¿.cause a delay in checkin

I had several issues with the hotel that was handled poorly by the managers. I found a red stain on the bed and when reported manager said no employee is available to changed them. My credit card was charged for items I didn't use in mini bar. Terrible.
