This was my first stay at a Drury hotel, and I just loved it. Top-notch service, shuttle, beautiful room, with great layout, very clean, awesome kickback hour, pool, hot tub, popcorn, and fitness center. Very quiet too. Everything is thought of for your comfort.
There was a weird smell in the hallway. It might be a plumbing problem.

The property is well maintained and spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great location near the airport.

I always stay here! I love it here because you get free breakfast and dinner plus you get 3 free alcoholic drinks! The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone is nice as well.

The air conditioning was extremely loud, cutting on and off so much waking us up thru the nite.Toilet roll so far from toilet, having to lean almost off the toilet to reach (safety issue for elderly ?)Lotion in bathroom would have be nice.

Breakfast had several items prepared fresh by the kitchen staff. Quality of food was goodThe evening food with a complimentary beer or wine was very good. Staff were attentive and seemed to enjoy there work. Two staff I spoke with had worked there for over 10 years. Room was clean, hallways etc also clean.
There was some road noise, not enough to overwhelm me, but noticeable.

So convenient to the PHX airport. And having dinner there saved us time and money, getting ready for our early return flight. Parking was free and convenient.
I want animal-specific rooms to ensure I can reserve one. Dogs and cats carry worms, parasites, and allergens for most humans. They really should sleep in outside quarters away from humans, and medical advice continues to find how important this is. After all, we dont live in a barn, and I dont like living in other people’s barns.
