- Friendly staff. Full breakfast included
- Location! It was perfectly central to where I wanted to be. Walking distance to Big Ben and the tubes.
- The bathroom was particularly luxurious. Very relaxing vibe throughout the property.

- The shower was leaky and the toilet space was tight.
