It was close to where I needed to be

They took an actual deposit after I payed and I still haven't gotten it back yet

Location, clean room, good wifi, reasonable price

Location to where we were going and its close enough to everything we needed

The carpet felt wet and it was cold

It was quiet. Food included surprised and pleased me. I was offered an update at no extra charge. It was a great experience.My 2nd stay in a Best Western this summer & it will be my first choice in future.Also like concern for environment.

Dining room too small for quiet dining & conversation with families with very noisy children. Adult only after 7 or 8pm would be nice.My fridge was not working but I did not realize it & reported it upon checking out.

Comfy beds!

For the price of the rooms the buffet food not impress. Both elevators broke down as well as one of our room doors was broken and hotel took over 3 hours attempting to fix before offering a different room

After checking out, when I forgot a finger ring on the bedside table, I received a phone call to let me know.

The lobby was pretty. And all the vending machines

The waterslide was out of order

Bed very comfortable

The breakfast was amazing, the hot tub was hot and the kids loved the pool/slide.

Property was clean and organized

Parking was cluttered - but can understand for how busy it was

The hot tub was out of order and once it was usable it wasn't very hot and the water was a murky color. The shampoo and soap were cheap, sorry. It's just that most hotels have upgraded necessities now but I always bring my own just in case it's the cheap little bottles. It's nice though when there is good necessities. Overall my stay was good.Thank you

Easy access to hotel. Staff were super friendly. Free Breakfast was yummy. Beds were very comfortable.

Staff, arrogant and incompetent…poorly trained

Good value for a pet friendly hotel & the staff were very friendly & helpful.We enjoyed the hot tub & water slide. Good family restaurant. The pet friendly room was a clean no frills room but the bed & pillows were hard..

Large rooms, close to home, large pool, smittys/steak house and had a little pub with VLTS.

Staff was extremely busy and they almost came off as rude!First 5 minutes of being checked in our toilet over flowed. I called down and she kept saying I’ll call u back in checking someone In45 minutes we waited for the maintenance people.Went to the pool took them a hour to reset the system for the water slide( this happens constantly )The coupons for breakfast are only til 9 am on weekdays and 10 on weekends?Why?That was extremely disappointing as we went swimming first thing and got to the restaurant at 10:15 and were told to we couldn’t use the free voucher..:Worst part… my friend went down to the car at 3 am and was quick, the staff wasn’t at the sliding door to buzz her in and she had to sit out side and wait!!!! The doorbell alarm was working too and no one was there!!

We were in the annex building and had to go outside to access the restaurant and pool

Breakfast was fine. Staff very friendly .When we checked in the receptionist. Mabell was very good. She answered all questions.
