About
Set around Old Towne Marina, Sandyport Beach Resort features a private beach area, 3 lagoon-style pools and a tennis court. Its attractive accommodations is housed in pastel-colored villas surrounded by palm trees. Sandyport Beach Resort and Village is an RCI Gold Crown resort located just west of the casino and night-life of Cable Beach. It offers suites, studios and rooms with attractive, Caribbean-style décor. There is flat-screen cable TV and air conditioning. Suites and studios also feature kitchen facilities. At Sandyport’s heart is the Olde Towne Marina Village with seven restaurants, gym, spa center and stores that are also open to the public on a setting reminiscent of a small Bahamian “St. Mark’s Square” on the Grand Canal. The Blue Sail Restaurant located beachside directly in the Resort area serves local cuisine, seafood dishes, stone-baked pizzas and cocktails. The resort is within 1.2 mi of Lake Cunningham and Cable Beach Golf Course, while Nassau town center is 15 minutes' drive away and Paradise Island is a 20-minute drive. Lynden Pindling International Airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Pros +
- The most convenient hotel to the airport in Nassau. I think of Sandyport as my "Airport Hotel." Very clean and well appointed room with a terrific staff. Were I vacationing in Nassau, I would gladly spend a week or more at Sandyport.
- Area was beautiful and quiet.
- Advertised location and amenities Which weren't true
Cons -
- The blinds barely worked. We couldn¿t close them so we had to by hand. The AC unit made a really bad rattling sound so we used a pillow to kind of buffer it. I would recommend better blinds and curtains for the room for sure.
- Worst stay ever Waited 5 hours for early check in Wrong room, not lagoon Wrong floor, not ground floor Ignored Do NOT Disturb sign 5 times TV not work, not fixed Kitchen missing items Offered $50 a night for problems, not received yet
- It is not a resort. Most of your neighbors living there. Hotel stating that they have airport shuttle. That was one of the criterias I picked that resort. Ended up paying $85 for 3 airport shuttles which is 4 miles away. Super outdated property.
