brilliant stay!
This was the best place that we have stayed in the Philippines, gorgeous views from our room and amazing sunsets, multiple pools, the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and thoughtful. close to town with free TukTuk service from the resort, you can hire scooters from resort and book tours across the road from resort. Food was good and free cocktails every day for 1hr at 4pm! We absolutely loved it, thank you for making our honeymoon so special!
only thing they could improve on is a fridge in the rooms and making the pools a little colder as they are quite warm.

Exceptional, definitely recommend
One of the best experiences we had in the Philippines. Amazing location, nice facilities with local character and a great view of Cadlao island. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed a lot the small outdoor veranda. The staff were very helpful for everything we requested and very friendly. The restaurant is also one of the best places to eat in El Nido.
No notes. Everything was great.

Was ok until they removed our belongings before checkout made it a stressful end to a holiday.
Location was good. Fresh breakfast.
No cushions on chairs & beds. Ants everywhere. Poor communication between staff…massage was not told to spa and our room and personal belongings was cleaned out before we even checked out!

I loved the Cadlao. It’s prime location, great rooms, service & food
Cadlao is prime location. It is a peaceful and quiet resort that is a 2 minute tuktuk ride from the busy town. (cadlao offers free, fast & easy transfers via tuktuk) I love that the Cadlao and town are very environmentally friendly. The scenery is unreal. It’s the most beautiful place on earth. The hotel is a great vibe. Very clean, small rooms but comfortable beds. amazingly helpful & friendly staff. Food was pretty good and drinks were delicious. I would 100% stay at Cadlao again in the future.
My room was dim even with lights on or in the day light, I would have liked another light bulb, bathroom had good lighting though . Also the room was hard to cool down. It took a very look time. I was not uncomfortable at night but it could have been cooler. My sisters had a separate room that did not have these issues so it may have just been my room.

Good for couples looking for a smaller and comfortable venue, not great for families.
Good location, nice food in the restaurant. Helpful staff.
Very small and shallow pool. Small rooms not good for family and there is no option to put an extra bed in the room. We had to book 2 rooms for a family of 3. Rocky beach. Overpriced, needs maintenance.

It has a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the el Nido city but still 15 min walking distance. Stunning views. Free drinks and snacks at 5 pm, free tricycle from and to the city.

A private unobstructed view of Cadlao Island
The resort thought of everything to provide guest w comfort. Breakfast buffet provides a great selection for healthy eaters and guests who like a hearty breakfast They have happy hour drinks every 4pm for guests. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities. Crew tries their best to provide personal service.
Double check your bill as everything is manually done.

A nice vacay
The view of the ocean was beautiful. The pool was great. It was far enough away from the busy little town
I don’t eat eggs so breakfasts were hard to get protein in as most dishes had eggs in them. Not much meat options. One of the front desk staff was not accommodating at all. She was unpleasant actually.

Very good
Breakfest was pretty good. |You meet there very friendly people as in whole Philippines.
The space inside the room is quite small, there is almost no place where to keep baggage. There is no beach in the resort, the access to sea is quite difficult and limited

Considering everything, expensive.
Nice environment.
There is no mobile wifi in the area. Their wifi slow, and unreliable, not working at all in the bungalows. They ensure free tuktuk only until a certain point, if you go to city still 500 meters walk. The reception good, but poor English in the restaurant area. Buffet breakfast, but only sweet Asian food on the table, no salami, ham, sausage, or cheese. You may order omelette, which is boring after a week. You have to pay extra for orange juice. The pool has never been cleaned, floating cigarettes in the water. Small bugs in the room, and in the bath. Refrigerator only on request.
