Location

I was put in a room that had been smoked in. Then I was moved to another one.There was no toilet paper holder and no toilet paper there! It wasn?t clean and the remote for the tv didn?t have batteries in it.

The price was the best offered

-Reeked of smoke in hallways & in non-smoking rooms, -no microwave as in description, - Kitchenette: had no running water, -only thing supplied was empty,cutlery tray, Skimpy bedding 1 blanket no coverlet, lumpy pillow, -had to move with extended stay.

I liked that there was a fridge, which was handy. The bed was comfortable. The price was right.

The room was adequate but small. No elevator. No hand towels or face clothes; shampoo but no conditioner. I could not figure out how to use the shower, only bath faucet. There was a dark hair clinging in the bathtub. No breakfast as advertised.

The room i booked was a two queen bed, and i got a single queen room that was nothing short of a dive. The ac kept kicking in every 20 min and was very loud. the tv did not work and there was no lights in the room except the bathroom

Wasn't anything I liked..

Everything, from the hotel and room. Room was not clean, no were close to the advertisement The smell of marijuana in hallways . Walls had repairs done that where not completed. Bed sheets had stains. Carpet was dirty and stain marks

The price -was the cheapest in town

We did not recieve the room we booked (we booked a king and got 2 queens instead- super upset about it) the included breakfast sucked... a muffin, an apple and a juice box in a bag was what they considered breakfast.

Location and bed was comfortable

There were flies all over the room which was very annoying. TV was not working.

First room assigned was not satisfactory. Not cleaned properly. Dust on the lamps and the floor wasn't vacumned, no towels in the room. Went back to the front desk and told them. They moved us to a different room which was better.

Staff not friendly or accommodating . Breakfast was in a paper bag and coffee was undrinkable. Two thin bath towels. Only two pillows.

It was close to the dealership my vehicle was being repaired

Everything else . Dirty, stunk like weed and cigs all night. No lamp bulbs. Noisy. Crackheads all over roaming the halls

Staff were very pleasant.

Hotel was dirty, poorly kept, and the whole second floor smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a nonsmoking floor. For these reasons, we did not stay as planned. Staff were very pleasant and refunded the deposit.

This hotel shouldn't be in business! My door didn't even have a lock. It was the dirtiest places Ive even seen, the sheets were definitely not washed! It advertised breakfast & smoke free rooms, neither existed. You couldn't even shower bc it was broken.

Smelt of smoke in the hallways and room. Poor lighting in the room. No bedside lamp only one light fixture on the wall across from the bed.

Nothing to like

I disliked everything, filthy, heavy smoke smell, run-down condition, not painted, carpets dirty, rooms old, not updated, I couldn't sleep in filthy room. Overall, felt unsafe and vulnerable, so I cancelled the reservation. I would not have slept.

We are very disappointed in our awful experience Red Deer Super 8 at approximately 8:20 p.m. -Urine stains/Odor Hallway Carpet* Bottle with Cigarette Butts in our Patio *Short Circuiting Coffee Maker *Exposed Wires in ceiling * Escorts knocking on doors.

The hotel had a good location

Everything about this hotel was terrible. It is in very poor condition, room was extremely dirty, door didn't close proper, toilet bowl lid didn't fit. Breakfast was even more disgusting. Will never stay there again

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The rooms are tired and need some Reno¿s. Ceiling tiles were stained snd Sind ready to fall out. Peeling paint. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. For the price it was ok. This is a good basic motel

Location and parking.

Carpet in room was really bad near the corners of carpet our legs get pinch with some kind of pins in carpet which are hard to see. Kitchen has limited plates, glasses and spoons. Balcony was dirty and room was stinking with smoking. Don't serve breakfast
