- I was put in a room that had been smoked in. Then I was moved to another one.There was no toilet paper holder and no toilet paper there! It wasn?t clean and the remote for the tv didn?t have batteries in it.
- -Reeked of smoke in hallways & in non-smoking rooms, -no microwave as in description, - Kitchenette: had no running water, -only thing supplied was empty,cutlery tray, Skimpy bedding 1 blanket no coverlet, lumpy pillow, -had to move with extended stay.

The room i booked was a two queen bed, and i got a single queen room that was nothing short of a dive. The ac kept kicking in every 20 min and was very loud. the tv did not work and there was no lights in the room except the bathroom
