Lovely location, close to Sienna. Amazing hospitality from the staff and the owner. It's peaceful and a perfect place for a quiet relaxing vacation.

The restraunt, rooms, location and value was fantastic.

We stayed in a room above the restaurant and the noise didn’t get quite until around 12:00 - 1:00 am.

We liked literally everything, facilities are excellent, everything was very clean and tidy, freshly prepared breakfast every morning with various cakes, cold cuts and local cheese, staff is just lovely and very attentive - gave us great recommendations to travel around the area and prepared a little surprise on arrival! Not to forget cats and other animals at the property - exciting farm stay experience

A beautiful hotel with spectacular views. The rooms are fresh and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast was great.

Check-in was extremely quick and easy. The staff were extremely knowledgeable on the area and provided a map with proposed itineraries with QR codes describing them in greater detail. They also recommended some lesser-known local sites worth visiting during our stay. The breakfast was phenomenal, with various pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, juices, and yogurt. There was more, but overall the freshness and quality were top notch. We had dinner at their restaurant every night, which gave us a wide variety of local tastes. Honestly, we tried 80% of the menu and everything was great! This is a great spot to relax outside the city, but still close enough for day trips anywhere in Tuscany.

Two nights during our visit one of the guests' dogs were barking non-stop through the night. Really more of a guest being inconsiderate than the hotel lacking in any way.

APPRECIATED THE ON SITE FREE PARKING, HOT SHOWER AND BLOW DRYER WITH ATTACHMENTS!! BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND WE ATE IN THE RESTARAUNT FOR DINNER AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. NOT FAR FROM SIENA. FRONT DESK WOMAN (owner?) VERY HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS FOR PARKING AND SITE SEEING.
