Even though the hotel was super full, the staff was great at fulfilling their duties.
The room itself was very nice and clean. The bathroom and supplied toiletries were also up to par-quite nice. The service was polite and pleasant-but not effective.

I did not stay here. When I checked in the clerk made it clear no refunds and when I send the room I knew why. The furniture looked as if it came from the landfill, the linens on the bed were stained, room filthy, stained towels

It was clean. It was at a nice distance from the highway. However, on secondary assessment, I presume the police presence may be related to the location.

The rooms were large with nearly a nice kitchenette. They had been updated at some point but are now showing some age.
The first thing I look for in a hotel is cleanliness, and Sonesta Simply Suites in Huntsville was extremely clean and well maintained. I didn't have to ask for anything. Everything I needed was well stocked in the room upon arrival.
Safe area, this is located in the research Park where there are no other businesses, no place to eat, no place to walk to. That is good and bad. But certainly very safe.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is near the hospital I was working at. I've stayed at this location several times. It has been renovated but there are still many places need replacing or repairing.

Kickback staff was Wonderful
Their Evening Kickback was very nice, really a full meal, plus 3 cocktails for each person over 21. You cannot beat that. Also a very nice breakfast the next morning. The pool looked really nice. It was both indoor and outdoor, with a swim-through part.

I love the customer service and how peaceful it is, Noone outside messing with people's cars, no screaming and yelling and drama, the staff here are super nice and Noone helps themselves to your room when the do not disturb tag is hanging on the door.

I am a retired airlne pilot so I have been in alot of hotels. Staff was awesome. Hotel was spotless. Pool was clean. What stood out above and beyond all was THREE choices of eggs on the buffet and they were WARM and THREE WAFFLE IRONS.
