- basically financial fraudbooking.com had total price at $134. After checking in I saw a charge of $160 on my card. I spoke to front desk agent who said the difference was a $20 hold for "incidental" charges which would be removed in 7-10 days. When I pointed out the obvious math error, she said the Marriot system just took their hold and rounded it up. The front desk manager Bonnie repeated this story and said all Marriot properties did this. In decades of hotel stays I have never had a hold charge lumped in with a room charge and I have never had the hold not be what was disclosed to me at check in. Fraud.So this could have been a very pleasant stay and since I frequently use this a go to booking for me. Now I must be wary of all Marriot properties.

Noise from the interstate if staying on the side of the hotel nearest the interstate.
