Nothing. Parking was additional money. 40 dollars. Got moved rooms twice and neither had hot water. Unfolded towels on edge of tub probably weren't even clean. Wasn't going to take a shower in ice cold water. Pregnant gf and kids wer disappointed

The staff was awesome, friendly, courteous, helpful, & accommodating. My room was very clean, towels fresh and smelled great. The breakfast was delicious, everything was hot, clean, and delicious. The evening kickback drinks and appetizers were awesome!
The weather prevented my stay at the hotel. I asked the hotel to give me a refund or credit for a future stay but I was denied. The hotel's decision not to honor my request has damaged our future relationship.
A dinner came with the purchase of the room. That was really surprising and I didn't think that happened anymore. It was so awesome not to go out to get dinner.

Nothing. Upon arrival we were told our reservation had been canceled when new owners took over the hotel. This took hours to remedy and we missed our plans on Friday evening. There was a line out the door of people who had the same thing happen.

Didn?t have a plug for my bath, plug ins had so many body?s that it wouldn?t charge my phone, when you flushed the toilet it stunk up the whole room, tv didn?t really work,

We stayed in the room a very short period of time. Changed clothes to go to a wedding and sleep. Check in person was nice and friendly. The Perkins restaurant right next door. The breakfast at hotel looked delicious. Nice place.
