I have stayed in hotels that were better rated, but the staff were not very friendly. The staff here were amazing!!! They were the nicest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at hands down! I will stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME in St. Louis because of them!

Nothing, it was absolutely gross. I could not walk on the carpets without socks because they were super dirty. The bathroom had mold growing in it and bugs where living in the pool.

I didn't like anything the night check in staff was sleeping on the floor as I arrived asked him where the pool was and was told the pool was not available. I only booked my stay for a pool and they wanted more money & refused to refund.
