The property is dog only friendly. A Pet Dog must not exceed 60 pounds or, in the case of two Pet Dogs, they must not exceed 60 pounds in combined total weight. Height and length restrictions apply to Pet Dogs—they can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. A mandatory, nonrefundable Pet Dog Fee of $150.00 USD per reservation will be charged at check-in for Pet Dogs reported at the time of check-in. - The location, pool and room was great.

Cons -
- They invite you to a time share presentation with a promise for a free 2 night 3 day stay and after they finally give you the certification for it (5 hours later) to activated it is $50 dollars and it's hard to connect with them afterwards. It's a scam!
- Room a little dated
- The villa was around back and there was no sidewalk so we had to drag suitcases through the grass, or go up steps past another villa and down another set of steps.
