Cons -
- For the second time in a month this hotel gave me a room with 2 doubles rather than a king bed. I paid extra for the king room and was not given it because they were out. My reservation specified a king room and was confirmed by the hotel when booked.
- Not the hotel, per se, but we booked a standard king room and they only had standard rooms with 2 queens available.
- chain hotels cut costs as much as possible. The towels are rough, the tissues feel like tissue paper, the toilet paper is cheap garbage, and they didn't even put trash bags in the cans in my room. This was the 2nd most expensive hotel in the city
