It was clean, just old which makes it look less clean. The location was great and we had no issues with noise.
Hotel employee was a pleasure, extremely friendly, and very helpful. I am not sure what are with the negative reviews about a mandatory $142 upgrade, this was not the case. I would 100% stay here again.

The towels were actually white and clean. The linen was white as well. The hotel was quiet around sleeping times. Everything just seem so neat and in place.

Oversized suite room, well appointed kitchen, great A/C, nice grounds with well manicured landscape areas for gathering. Stayed 5 nights for a convention, hotel makes you feel like your on a vacation. Quiet. Pet friendly.
The person that checked me in should get a super-large monetary raise because he went over-board in making sure everything went smooth.
In the photographs, it had a beautiful courtyard in the middle with rooms and windows and doors that opened up to the courtyard. Our room did not have any of that.

They placed me in the large King size handicap room. I loved it. I have a disability, so it was perfect.
Nothing. It was noisy in the room, you could hear noise from the hallway, mold under the lip of the sink, and when you stepped in the shower it sounded like you could fall through the floor. This is NOT a 3 star hotel!

Apart from the cleanliness of the rooms the waffle treat at breakfast was amazing. The hotel made sure that waffle supply was always sufficient daily despite the large number of guests.
