- Dirty & bad customer service. 1st night the cover of the air conditioner fell close to my bed & I woke up terrified thinking somebody had broken in. We told them & said they would fix it but never did. They lie about breakfast & shuttle (false advert).
- I made a mistake booking this hotel when my Chicago flight was canceled. Thought 5/10 stars would be fine, but I did not feel safe here. Water in tub was dripping badly, facility was worn down.
- Sink clogged and maids half clean. Staff paperwork don't make sense
