Pros +
- The spacious lounge area with TV and couches, a couple tables, and comfortable chairs near a gas fireplace. This is the best lounge I have ever encountered. They also have books available to read on several book shelves.
- I never stayed at this hotel . It didn?t have room for me and looked nothing like the pictures
- The pool was so much fun for my toddler the splash pad water was warm and he had a blast
Cons -
- do not eat at the hotel restaurant horrible experience staff was rude and the place was empty but it still took a hour an half to get food. The waitress in training was very unhelpful and rude. The manager however seeing this did comp our bill some.
- When telling customers about the breakfast in the morning it needs to be stated that it?s not complimentary. That you have to have a card or voucher. The girl at the counter didn?t inform us so we looked silly when we went down for breakfast, all 6 of us.
- The carpets had stains in it, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
