- El hotel es muy bonito la habitación también pero sentí mucho frío porque él aire acondicionado lo manejan desde la recepción y ellos lo programaban por horas y en las madrugadas apagaban la calefacción entonces tuve muy mala experiencia con el hotel
- We were attending a concert at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk. It was great not to have to deal with traffic before or after a concert. Parking at the arena was $25. Parking at the hotel was $16.

The free shuttle and prompt pick up at ORD was so refreshing after a long day of travel.
