Pros +

  • The staff. I am a diabetic and my sugar dropped dangerously low and I called the front desk and he came running with fruit and juice and literally saved me. They were great!
  • peter was a great front desk rep and also rash? ( i believe was his name both were eamazing
  • The room was clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to be of assistance

Cons -

  • third shift front desk person was very much rude
  • Had to crawl on floor, under desk, to plug in coffee pot. Had to stand up to turn lights on or off next to bed. Bath light switch in pitch black corner and hidden behind tangled cord of hair dryer. Impossible for senior citizens.
  • There were stains on the walls. The bedside tables are already small, so adding a phone to the already small table wasn't a good idea. The bathtub/shower had hair on the wall. The entire time we were there the elevator and hallways smelled of marijuana.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were really friendly. The room was exactly how I expected it to be.
