The weather prevented my stay at the hotel. I asked the hotel to give me a refund or credit for a future stay but I was denied. The hotel's decision not to honor my request has damaged our future relationship.
A dinner came with the purchase of the room. That was really surprising and I didn't think that happened anymore. It was so awesome not to go out to get dinner.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were nasty, I had to clean them myself to even make it seem a little better. The carpets are horribly stained. There was bed bugs and roaches. The staff they were rude.

The customer service was excellent. I was not happy with the room that i booked the bed was in sad shape, but when I voiced this at the front desk, we were immediately upgraded to a room that was very comfortable.

Nothing. Upon arrival we were told our reservation had been canceled when new owners took over the hotel. This took hours to remedy and we missed our plans on Friday evening. There was a line out the door of people who had the same thing happen.

Nothing, it was absolutely gross. I could not walk on the carpets without socks because they were super dirty. The bathroom had mold growing in it and bugs where living in the pool.
