This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were nasty, I had to clean them myself to even make it seem a little better. The carpets are horribly stained. There was bed bugs and roaches. The staff they were rude.

Location and breakfast were okay. The towels and bedding were clean and no bugs. The staff was friendly and nice. It ends there though. The rest was terrible.

Adter traveling from Southeast TX to Branson I was thrilled to find an auto vacume on the premises. There were multiple swimming pools and a Starbucks on the premises. I also loved the wrist band door keys! Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Upon arrival we were told our reservation had been canceled when new owners took over the hotel. This took hours to remedy and we missed our plans on Friday evening. There was a line out the door of people who had the same thing happen.

Nothing, it was absolutely gross. I could not walk on the carpets without socks because they were super dirty. The bathroom had mold growing in it and bugs where living in the pool.

Checkin was seamless Staff was polite
The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Maintenance got a new light bulb within 12 hours of my request. The kitchen guy was extremely good, if I said I needed something, he ran into the kitchen and grabbed it. The staff were there to serve you.
The location was the best part. About 12 minutes from our destination and had many restaurants and stores for close by.
