The rooms was as good as pictured. Nice, big room, tastefully decorated. My room had a view of the shower from the bed which I found hilarious. Sadly, I was staying alone. Free bottled water in the room and the front desk staff was happy to give more.

Close to train station and trams. There was a huge shopping mall which came in handy when the airlines lost my luggage for a day. The room was modern and Decorated nicely. They had a great resturant. A little expensive but we booked the room with breakfas
The location of the hotel. Right next to the Krakow main train station, across the street from a shopping mall (if you need to pick up something that you forgot to pack) and also in a great location in Old City. You can get anywhere very quickly.

Given a room on the end that had no heat. Parking was not free that evening. There was no parking upvfront so we parked in the back and hotel told us we had to pay 50 zloty because they had cameras in the back. My understanding was that parking was free.
