Within just a 5-minute walk of the Wawel Royal Castle, the Novotel Krakow Centrum features an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Its spacious rooms have free internet and tea/coffee facilities. All rooms at the Novotel are air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. Each includes a sitting area and a safe. Some have a view of the Vistula River. All rooms are smoke-free. Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day and can arrange laundry and ironing services. Guests can relax in a fully equipped fitness center or try a selection of massages and other body treatments. Novotel Krakow Centrum is only a 10-minute walk from the Main Market Square and many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Private parking is available.

- The breakfast was excellent, the location of the hotel, next to the river and the castle is very handy, in 10 minutes walking you are downtown.
- Awesome location. Great breakfast. Lovely pool and gym facilities. Working air conditioner.
Cons -
- Again with Novotel the internet connection was so weak that I could not enter my VPN and connect my professional laptop. The staff could not offer me an alternative solution and I virtually lost 2 days of work during my 4-day stay. Next time I will re-consider whether I take a room at a Novotel hotel.
- The room was ok, yet not superb. 7 out of 10 is still a great score, and one might argue that if one wants superb, one should upgrade the room to a more expensive one. My feedback anyway: - we kindly asked for a room with a view, yet didn't get one - Traveling with a kid one would expect some small stuff waiting in the room, either a towel animal-shaped, or colourful pencils and drawings, or a sweet welcome mini-treat for a kid. - small water pressure in shower
