The Holiday Inn hotel also offers Kosher meals. All rooms at the Holiday Inn Krakow City Center are air-conditioned and very spacious. Each comes with satellite TV and a working space. - Loved the room. It was spacious! The staff was very friendly and helpful
- Good location, close to everything and in quieter area than in the middle of the Old town. Can walk to everywhere. About 15 min. walk to train / bus station. Recently renovated hotel. Excellent staff and service + 24 hour service. Excellent breakfast

- When I checked in the elevator that would take me closer to my room was not working but the staff was very helpful and showed us another one and personally escorted us to ensure that we did not get lost. .
- This in no way a five star hotel. No pool no spa limited bar and restaurant options. Limited amenities. This ia three star hotel. Ive never been in a five star Holiday Inn before! Staff struggles with English. Supposedly no microwave exists here.
- The carpets in the rooms are badly satined. It gives the room a very ¿dirty¿ feel even though housekeeping does an excellent job actually keeping the rooms clean.
