Breakfast is fanastic and location is perfect .
The worst experience I ever had. I arrived at 11:30 pm and there is a hotel restaurant that was still open, after its closing hours. There are a lot of drunk people who shouted , sang songs and crying. I asked the receptionist to give me a room on another side of this hotel, and despite I explained the reason, she told me that I need to send my request in advance. And now I am asking you to think , how it is possible to send you request in advance if it was my first time in this city and if course in this awful hotel!!!! I asked her to impact this noise , but reply was : we can not do anything And now please think that there is a local regulationnthat prohibits shouting and noise after 11 pm , especially for places for sleeping!!! Why there is so many push backs ??? I was not able to sleep till 2pm due to the hotel restaurant accepting the people after working hours and due to total ignorance of the case by receptionists !!!! And I had to wake up at 7!!! Terrible staff !!! This is my mistake to stay in this hotel!!! And the price is too high for such poor quality !!! As for the cleanliness : the carpet floor was in spots that raised the disgusting feelings only !!! I will book this never again.
