Traveling as a Business Traveler

Did not feel safe! Impossible parking, sketchy street with needle drop box in near proximity.
The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The size of the room was a nice surprise and I loved the long, deep bathtub, but that's about it.
Where do I start? The location is very hard to find, I used GPS and literally drove around in circles for about 25 minutes. There was no place to legally stop and offload my luggage. I had to illegally park and risk a ticket on a very sketchy street, drop my bags off and get a MAP to show me how to go to the underground parking lot which was a crowded, public lot. There was a needle drop box across the street, a few drug addicts clearly out of it loitering in the area along with some homeless people, who could have been harmless and just down on their luck or could have had mental issues. As a businesswoman traveling alone, I did NOT feel safe. The lobby was grubby. I was given a nice size room with a lovely deep tub, but the mattress was as hard as a rock and the pillows were cheap and awful. There is no carpet on the floors which looks stylish but is impractical. Someone was staying above me and their stomping around late at night and early in the morning was terrible. I couldn't manage to carry my bags down the stairs to the public lot so once again, had to leave my bags at the front desk, get my car in a serpentine lot, return, park illegally, and schlep my bags out to the car. I would not recommend this hotel (I feel badly about that but it's the truth) and I would never stay there again. To reiterate, both the gentleman who checked me in and the young woman who checked me out were wonderful but everything else was a bust.
