- Evening before checking out (4/17), we asked 2 Indian looking staff at the desk the best way to the airport. Not helpful at all, both were smirking condescendingly, laughing while looking at us till the elevators. I stared back at them and they stopped.
- At the time of our stay, it was difficult to decipher the entrance due to road work (the road was impassable).
- Employees arent the most welcoming. Also their late night room service menu is horrible!
