The room with the Riverview was great

The food at the main restaurant is terrible. It is very bland and just reheated frozen food, but they charge a lot for it.

Great customer service and spacious rooms.

Mold in the shower

The bathroom/tub style & colors is outdated. Not enough toiletries fo family if 3 with 2 ng stay. The kitchenette equipments are worn down. A used old towel with stained and smelled. Used stove with the microwave, caused the circuit breaker popped.

location, river view was really nice, very close to the park

the kitchen equipment did not work well. freezer did not freeze ice cream that we purchased and melted it everywhere. decor is a bit dated, the tv only has cable. Wifi did not work well at all. Still, the overall experience was fine, but I did find it $$$

The hotel was very nice and clean and location was great. Check in/ check out was quick and easy.

Our room was great, it had a balcony overlooking the river, the room was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable and the location was great as it was within 2 miles of the Arch Rock entrance to Yosemite and about 20-30 mins to Yosemite Valley.

You are far from anything other than the park so dining options are limited

The location was incredible. The staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good!

Got charged for $20 and I have no idea what that was. Never got an explanation or receipt from them. Breakfast is not free you have to go to the river restaurant which is one of the only two restaurants in the lodge. And the food is under average.

Location to Yosemite was excellent and why we choose here

Where do I begin. This hotel is in serious need of updating. Rooms were from the 70s. I understand it's a lodge , but with what they charge it could be updated a little bit. We lost power from 7pm till 2am EV Vehicle couldn't charge.

It was close to the NP and there are a lot of pools/hot tubs.

Shower out dated but the rest of the room was great.

Location to Yosemite National Park. Balcony with river view worth extra cost.

If bathroom window open, people walking by can look in. Lots of light comes through bathroom window. Would shut door to block light but bathroom would get warm & stuffy.

Location can't be beat, just 20 minutes from the heart of Yosemite Valley. Having a balcony overlooking the raging river was the highlight of our 1-night stay. There is a large general store on site with beverages and groceries. Room had kitchenette.

The location and all the staff, they are so helpful

You cannot make or receive calls. The wifi is expensive and not included. The restuarant needs to be open for lunch.

Generally clean and tidy room and grounds. Nice staff.

No AT&T cellular service and WiFi is $10/day. TV was small mostly low definition channels. The cover to the mini split heater fell off when I turned it on crashed to the floor. You could see where somebody had taped it in place at one point.

Location near Yosemite National Park.

Run down, neglected property. Mold in shower, NO grab bars in shower, bath sink stopped up, no t.p. holder, no room # on phone guide, fire dept. instructions in elevator scratched out, HVAC temperature control erratic, no electrical outlets at beds etc.

The staff was awesome, went as far as showing me another room if I wasn¿t satisfied with mine. The room was perfect. The restaurant on hotel grounds had amazing food, drinks and prices. Excellent scenery, and close proximity to the park and valley.

Location. Room facilities (kitchenette). Riverside fire pits. Pools.

Beautiful setting and view. Loved the patio overlooking the river. Appreciated and used the mini kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes. The gift shop has groceries although expensive met needs for fixing breakfast The staff great at check in

High prices for essentials at the food market.

The location was amazing. The hut tub with jets in the room was very relaxing after a long day hike.

WiFi cost is $10 for a room you already pay over $--- for it. Restaurant could be nicer with better foods.
