- The pool was being renovated was not stated on website. The refrigerator in my room did not work. The dining area was hot. I mean the whole hotel was hot except my room. The waffle mix was spoiled and had a bad after taste
- The worst condition I had saw in my life. Dirty and disgusting the room conditions
- Staff was not great, cleanliness left alot to be desired, originally given a key to an already occupied room, and we walked in on a sleeping person.

Location was great, close enough to everything.

It was close to the airport, and that is the only thing.
No heat, no refund or accommodation for basic needs. Strong odors, no hot water, and a sink that did not drain properly. We were offered another room, but it had the same problems.
