The room was quiet

My room had no mirror in the bathroom, and when I went down to the front desk to ask the clerk told me someone must’ve broke it. Ok that’s fine and all, but why put me in a room if it needs to be fixed?

The bed sheets had blood stains, refrigerator had human hair inside and was dirty on the outside, room was dusty, it was unsafe for my kids health…I’ll post pictures on there page

That the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly

The pool was being renovated was not stated on website. The refrigerator in my room did not work. The dining area was hot. I mean the whole hotel was hot except my room. The waffle mix was spoiled and had a bad after taste

Staff was not great, cleanliness left alot to be desired, originally given a key to an already occupied room, and we walked in on a sleeping person.

It was close to the airport, and that is the only thing.

No heat, no refund or accommodation for basic needs. Strong odors, no hot water, and a sink that did not drain properly. We were offered another room, but it had the same problems.

Breakfast not served as advertised, no light bulbs in room, no batteries for remote, power out and wouldn’t let us enter our room for over 3 hours. Mildew and rust in bathroom. Comforter was stained

Nothing! It was disgustingly dirty, said they had a pool and when we got there it?s broken

Told us they had a working pool and they didn?t ! Trash thrown all over the yard and look out, trash under our mattress just dirty ! I have pics of proof! I almost fell off the toilet because the seat was broken !

Hotel employee

I spoke with hotel employee and was instructed to wait to hear from manager. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Please read reviews before making the reservation. They are advertising sofa beds. NO MATTRESSES!

Stained bedding. Leaking from vent in the bathroom. Stained towels. Short shower curtain.

Absolutely Nothing

Was not clean. Throw up in rooms. Sticky stuff on floors. Pool not working. Bugs in room. We left a day early. Would not recommend

Yes the heat did not work , the pool was not open in they said it was me in my baby was cold all night

at least the room was clean

Constant noise (yelling, cursing, banging, constant door slamming) from the "residents" on each side and above until 2am. This place seems to be some type of homeless shelter - why would they put a paying guest in the middle of this chaos

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cleanliness of room and general hallways, noticeably broken flooring and equipment, breakfast was very poor and limited, as a single female the parking lots lights and people loitering made me uncomfortable

Upon arrival, we noticed an odor in the room, all of our sheets were wrinkled, not nicely ironed onto the bed. This lead me to evaluate the sheets to verify cleanliness and unfortunately, they were not clean... Please read my GOOGLE REVIEW for the rest.

Friendly staff

Upon entry to the hotel there were trash on the outside of the building entering inside the hotel met with a strange sme.ll the pool was down.. trash left in the hallways room key did not work twice.. coffee maker in the room was molded..
