It is older but very clean and very low noise level. Great location by I 75.

Everything was good.

The location

Toilet was loose (the seat) and too low. And the shower wouldn?t drain very well and there was hair in the bathroom not ours

Clean, enough space for 5 to sleep, good breakfast.

Rooms were clean & breakfast was good. Staff friendly and conveniently located.

The toliet stopped up in our room on 2nd floor. Might have had a drainage issue because sink took a minute too.

Check in was easy and the room was close to the lobby for my elderly mother to reach.

The hotel is conveniently located and the pool and spa were a good amenity for the kids.

The pool area needs some detailed cleaning.

They clean the room every day, things that most hotels don't do it because of pandemic.

The pool and gym were closed.

Location

Room 406 need to have the ceiling fixed. It appears to have a leak before and is showing/appearing to have molds from it. Very bad for people with reactions to it. If we were not too tired from traveling we could have asked to change rooms. Breakfast.

I didn¿t like that after we got settled and got 3 kids to sleep I finally went to lay day around 10 after midnight and they had put someone next to us recently that we¿re having nerf gun wars, and a kid that was screaming at the top of his lungs

Hotel is conveniently located and clean for the most part.

Rooms need to be detailed cleaned. I've stayed here multiple times and around the base of the floor is always so dirty looking. Kinda brings down the cleanliness of the rest of the room.

For this level of hotel the quality of the amenities were sub par and they usually have a good breakfast but they didn't have 1.

The location was good and surrounded by stores. I love the way the staff is helpful and friendly.

New, nice pool area, clean, friendly staff, good location, near restaurants.

Rate seemed high. They only had suites left so that’s probably why. I would recommend hotel, but a standard room at a lower rate.
