- My husband is in a wheelchair so we were in an accessible room. There was a tub with a small shower chair. People in wheelchairs need a bench with 2 legs in the tub and 2 legs outside the tub. There's no way they can get on a small chair like that in a tub. Also the bed was very high for someone in a wheelchair.
- The cleaning was not good it felt dirty more specifically in the bathroom, there was used toilet paper in the bathroom, the coffee maker was on the bathroom counter (gross), men walking around with beer and hanging around outside drinking/smoking. It did not feel safe and also had issues with loud music blasting which I had to report to the front desk.

The front desk representative was very helpful but quite overwhelmed with no help and alot of people waiting in line. I also liked the convenience of this hotel to where I had to work.
