room was spacious
The receptionist was horrible. Never greeted us, was rude, I could barely hear her. Never explained how the parking works even after we asked multiple times. Even checking out the guy barely looked at me.

Room was clean.
Walls were paper thin. In the room next to us, a mom and daughter were having a knockdown drag out all night long, so did not sleep! Along with that, there must have been a motorcycle convention going on, as the windows did not keep out the sound of revving engines! This did not help as we went to bed early to be up by 3am to catch our flight home.Front desk gals were on their phones, and not very helpful.

The location was great
Site needs to be updated. The pool is closed for maintenance main reason why I booked there and bar was closed was told if I wanted to go had to go across the street. When I enter my room no garbage bag in pail ask the housekeeper and she stated well it my first day so I don't no what to tell you. Then ask the front lobby and she couldn't provide me a bag either. So I decided to go out to the store and get my own.

Love the location and pet friendly aspect and no extra charge for our dog ! Your hotel is unique for this service and we appreciate it! Staff are friendly and efficient. On our last two visits, staff was very helpful in accommodating our request for a specific room which makes our stay even better !
We stay here regularly when we visit Philly. Only one time our room was not as clean as normal but it seemed to be a fluke.

The gate lift was an issue. It wouldn't let you in or out . Front desk was helpful.

I liked the location. It is very nearby to airport. The schedule of shuttle bus is also pretty convenient. Last but not the least the check in and check out is super easy and simple.
It would have been better, if there was a complementary breakfast.
