- The staff was outstanding! They went out of their way to accommodate! I had to leave at 645am to get my son to a baseball game but breakfast didn't start until 7...they let me go ahead and get some breakfast before we had to leave.

- No hot water!! Tried to take shower. No hot water. Stuck my head under cold water to shampoo. Spoke to manager as we were leaving. Was offered something out of snack bar. Was told 3 out of 4 boilers were down. Wasn?t told anything when checking in.
