Breakfast good

Cold parts of meal had to send back ,rooms surface clean but under neath sink was dirty

Hotel was perfect ,staff very friendly,room was a good size and the breakfast and evening meal was lovley .

Nice pool...easy parking

Sports complex not part of main building... jacuzzi is still not woirking...

Real mix up at check-in. I had booked 2 rooms, both accessible. Had a call in the week to say one room wasn't available with walk-in shower. Both my husband and sister in law have mobility issues and my sil wasn't able to use her shower Rooms 263 & 219 For the amount we paid I feel let down by the rooms allocated

Room was warm and comfortable. Leisure facilities and food wer very good too.

The weather! The bed slipping across the bedroom floor.

Staff were organised and friendly. The bar and restaurant areas were nice. The location is good that overviews a lovely golf course. The bed was comfy.

Room was very outdated. The kettle and hairdryer were faulty that were unable to use. When using the steam room, the steam burnt my leg underneath on the seat which happened to other guests.

Only bad thing was we had quite a few ladybugs in our room which was resolved with a room swap

Dinner was ok but it was only 4 options to choose starter and main from as 1 option each was run out… was pub menu more likely with burger and fish and chips and starter home made soup and samosa… it wasn’t posh menu they should change their menu. The bedroom was clean but everything is quite old. The spa is very dirty in changing room and showers hair and dirt everywhere and also around swimming pool slippery and dangerous to walk around. Under sauna door it’s breeze coming through absolutely manic. Steam room is great but jakuzzi doesn’t work over 5 months now and they didn’t tell us when I booked the room! I could cancel it or complain…. Swimming pool is nice and I didn’t feel water to be cold. Sauna is very old also the woods are burnt and rotten. Hair driers are old also and in bedroom the iron was broken. You need to pay £1 for towel at spa and it’s only 2 big towels in bedroom. No dressing gowns. The tv is not smart so can’t connect to Netflix or anything else. Coffee at breakfast is not great and it’s only one type of coffee. No hot chocolate and I am not sure I saw tea also.

Breakfast is lovely lots of choice. The pool temperature is ok and it’s clean.Bud was comfortable for me but not for my partner.The bedroom is clean.Steam room is great.

It was well maintained and clean with everything you could need. The staff were its best feature they were all helpful and tried to make your stay the best it could be. Stephan was amazing he went out of his way to help us. It was all nice and up to date in the hotel, rooms were lovely.

Its a dog friendly hotel but they could do a little more to help dog owners. The area behind my patio is a lovely patch of grass and walkways and the dogs loved playing put there but there was no dog bin so we had to take it through the hotel. A dog bin in that area would be helpful.Also there is not really anywhere to have breakfast with your dog. There is the reception area and another small area but the chairs in this area are not suitable for some people, so maybe a small section in the breakfast cafe area would make a massive difference.

Breakfast was good - only 1 complaint about the coffee. No machine just filter coffee in a tank. Staff all helpful and friendly. Slept well in comfortable bed.

Not the cleanest - room had various stains and marks in certain places including the toilet. Room decor too dark and very old school. Pool, sauna and steam room very tired. Overall the whole place feels like it needs refurbishing to bring it back to a good standard. We decided we wouldnt come back unless it was refurbished sadly.

It was my first time staying here with my husband. Wow wow everything was clean and the set out was amazing.

Good size room. Warm, clean, comfortable bed. Nice modern feel to reception and corridors.

The rooms are a good size, the bed was comfortable. I stayed for breakfast which was good and a varied selection. Definitely would stay again as the rooms, service and breakfast are good for the price you pay.

The rooms could do with a bit of detail cleaning I.E light switches, plug sockets and the electric radiator.

We've stayed here many times and always have a good experience. Good rooms, food and staff. With added bonus of the pool and leisure club. Overall great value for money.

Breakfast was excellent Good selection and noone was going to go hungry!

A staff member assisting people to serve themselves/move people along quicker would have helped! The queue was considerable as food was slow to be replenished once the platters were empty so the line didn't move at time. The restaurant, although large, felt very cramped and crowded as it was unbearably hot. I did ask 3 different members of staff before an internal door was opened but ideally the windows or doors onto the outside could have been opened.

Deco high end, great location

Breakfast was not great. Had to cue up to get food and when we got to then front lots of items had run out and took a long time to replenish. Tea and coffee station not stocked or adequate size for amount of diners. Juice selection not great either as they did not have any flavour dispute being labelled as juice, more like coloured water.

Spacious comfy room. Plenty of parking. Very powerful shower.

Small tv. Sauna room door did not close. Jacuzzi was not working apparently broken since Christmas.
