Pros +

  • Cheapest place in town location
  • Price, location (next to Bus Station), friendly and helpful attendant at the desk.
  • Good value and space

Cons -

  • Bathroom was a mess - bird poop in the floor mold and holes in the wall- $86 was better than $200 else where for solo traveler hiking through
  • It's run down and old. That's obvious. That is also why the price is good. I got a decent room, not too small, ensuite. It was all I needed, and was priced reasonably.
  • Because it?s over a bar, I didn?t realise it would have loud thumping music until very late, also not the hotels fault but drunk men sooo loud they woke my family up was not fun, hotel is fine for drinking groups, not so fun for family?s

Location. Most attractions within walking distance.
Extremely noisy. Located next to 24 hour bus terminal and right above nightclub: band stopped at 0100, drunks left at 0200 and another band practiced 0300-0400.
