- Location to central London is good. Easy access to the underground.
- It is fairly near tube station. The refurbished rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean.
- Nicely located for this time of year.
Cons -
- Construction and price. Driving to the hotel can be challenging from the airports.
- Both mornings the cleaner opened our door without knocking at 8.30 . She said sorry and shut the door but seemed odd when checkout is not till 12. Although near the tube station it is necessary to get the train which goes to Wimbledon for West Brompton
- Not a well designed lobby No coffee kiosk for those not wanting breakfast

Our room was clean, the staff were friendly and we were able to make the short walk to the underground easily. The room was average.
We didn't have air conditioning and turning the thermostat lower didn't seem to help either. We had to crack open a window and learned that any showers over a minute or two would make the humidity in the room uncomfortable.
