- Toilet flush was very weak and buttons were hard to push
- Not a big deal but had to keep coming back to activate my card everyday. Extra steps help.A coffee pod machine will be highly appreciated :)
- There were some small areas in the room with stains, such as on one of the chairs and on a section of the floor, but overall the facilities were clean.

The toilets in the room don’t have a proper door, ie one that completely seals off and shuts off from the room. Not ideal if u have to “attend to heavy business” while ur partner and family are in the room
The main good thing about this hotel were the staff who were polite, helpful and efficient.
The room was ok, but there were no phones in the rooms which was not helpful in case of an emergency and would be the main reason I would not book at this hotel again. The corridors were dark which could not disguise the fact that the carpets were filthy.
The decoration of the hotel is unique somehow eccentric att decor which I prefer over insipid white washed hotels. The conditions and rooms are exceptional. Didn't have food at the hotel.
Had an issue with entrance after 1 am where the card system failed. A member of staff came and let me in promptly.
I arrived at the hotel late, the hotel is modern and has live football on. It was very well situated for work so this is the main reason I booked it.
There is no parking on site, the main issues I had with the hotel is that the room was right next to the dual carriageway and the traffic was that load I thought my window was open! In addition the beds were not comfy and I had the worst nights sleep ever!!

Had issues with TV and lighting.I have issues with mobility and stayed in on my 2nd night. Tv had not worked properly all weekend and lights cut out several times. So not the best night chilling. Such a shame as always love this place.
I love this property I have been coming here on and off since I was a teenager.
I do feel like the rooms are high for what you get. I booked a plus room and it was not much different from a standard room. The room was bigger however the bathroom was much smaller and the furniture was discoloured for £418 for 4 nights I think I would go back to paying the standard room price because the upgrade just wasn’t worth it I’m afraid.

I stayed in penta plus room. I was a little disappointed there was no mini fridge, the tv wasn't working properly, and its not very clear on how to order room service.
