- Clean
- The room and hotel were spotless. The staff was excellent. The only thing I would point out is that the heat in the room was a little inconsistent. It was extremely cold outside, so it seemed like the unit was working hard to keep room at a comfortable temperature. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
Cons -
- Beds could have been more comfortable. The smell of cannabis was largely smelt inside and outside the building.
- We had to check out early due to a family emergency. We had booked through a third party (Booking.com) and had to check out on 1/10 versus 1/11. We have not been provided any guidance from the hotel about how we can be refunded for the second night (1.10 - 1.11)
- The room did not have a micro-wave as advertised. The coffee in the breakfast center was lukewarm at best and we didn't have the time to complain to anyone upon four of the visits when this was the case.

Overall, we are pretty satisfied with our stay although the bare bones nature of the room is not worth the price that is charged. Front desk and custodial personnel were responsive and great.
