Hyatt Residence Club San Antonio, Wild Oak Ranch

Facilities were clean and well kept Environment was excellent Beautiful lazy river, welk kept gym and family areas. Rooms were clean.

Staff was not welcoming or friendly. The restaurant staff made you feel unwanted because they were in a hurry to close early even though there was still a whole hour left before closing and I didn't order any dien in options precisely because I didn't want to delay them. Drinks were not good and overpriced. Front office staff was also not welcoming. I had to go back for a few items I forgot and waited well over half an hour to receive them. Once you've paid dont expect any courtesy. Customer service was extremely lacking and not up to par from what I have received at several other Hyatt locations.

I could go on and on about this place, our stay was truly perfect. The whole place was very well maintained, lazy river and temperature controlled outdoor pool were amazing! Staff were very helpful and super polite. We had a 1 bed Villa and it was stunning, housekeepers were great at topping up the essentials everyday, we haven’t booked yet will definitely be returning!

Quiet, not too crowded, spacious, and relaxing!

We loved everything about it! Location was great. The kids loved the pool, slides, and lazy river!

Property has great amenities and scenery. Lots to do for families.

Absolutely everything! Our room was great! Cleaning was great! Location was splendid ✨️!

We had a bit of an issue with the shower, only lasted for a couple minutes though. Also, the last day we did pay for an extra fee for a later check out and we still got locked out of our room.

Location was great. Rooms looked like the pictures. It had a big balcony. Nice kitchen

ROACHES!!! The little German cockroaches. The first room we were in was on the ground floor and we killed 3 of those little brown roaches, so we asked to switch rooms. So they moved us to the third floor. That room only had two roaches but one was dead already by the front door. I hate roaches. I am terrified of them so this had my anxiety on 10. The pools were not heated and the hot tube was closed with caution tape. Oh and in the second room we moved to their was hair under the sheets which was also gross.
