Was 400 feet from the convention center. Staff very friendly and professional. This is what we needed for competition. Rooms very clean. Had problems with the toilet and was taken care of right away. I will book here again when we have a cheer competition.

The location of the hotel was good. And the breakfast was great. Overall the hotel looked nice and clean.
The shower had such a small shower head. The water pressure was terrible, someone dumping a cup of water on your head would have been more pressure. The sink in our bathroom kept backing up. Also the website says they offer a pool and hot tub, however the staff told me those have been shut down since COVID.

I loved the location of the hotel. Parking was easy and simple to access right next door. The staff was very nice and helpful with our questions and always available.
The room was clean and comfortable but there was a weird smell. I'm not sure if pets are allowed in the hotel but it smelled like dog. Also the bathroom exhaust fan did not work so the bathroom was quick to steam after showering.

Easy to get in and out. Great location if you need access to center city and surrounding areas.
While we were comfortable, some may feel uncomfortable walking a few blocks away from the hotel.
