Pros +
- Location- beautiful setting Hot springs were delightful experience! Great tours into their onsite geothermal run greenhouses providing lots of produce for the resort. Also good tour of their geothermal facility powering most of energy needs of the resort.
- Hot springs was relaxing & the ice museum was cool. Price a little high to enter & appletini priced high
- The hot springs were nice. There was also towel service included in the price. We had breakfast and the food was ok.
Cons -
- Many miles and signs of wear and tear in the room. Could use updating.Also, the ice museumIs not a museum. Huge tourist trap - basically an ice bar charging $20 just to go into and serving expensive appletinis in iceglasses.
- What we didn’t like is that most of the staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and inattentive. For the price that we paid the room didn’t have many utilities like fridge or an ice machine. The walls were really thin and we could hear everyone in the other rooms. The attached restaurant didn’t have clear and stated hours. No cell service and internet was pretty bad.
- The Ice Museum did not have much to see. Some staff at restaurant need to be better trained in handling the line for meals!

The Hot Springs were excellent! Dog sled ATV tour fun. Food at the restaurant better than expected! The bartender/waitress very good!
