Location was the best. Quick walk to The White House, convenience stores, and coffee shops/restaurants.

The 24/7 staff were incredible.

The paper thin walls. You can hear others and also because of its proximity to the White House constant sirens outside the window. I also was told I had complimentary breakfast and then also did not.

The security guy was not polite, disrespectful at the point of intimidating us as customers acting badly a very short temper man something need to be done

Staff unfriendly. Lady at restaurant would not even want to provide silverware at an empty restaurant. bad attitude. Hilton Garden ins have free breakfast as part of the brand but no here i guess.

Location was good. Staff was excellent.

They did not leave the coffee bar out all day. Took it in at 11 am. I like free coffee all day.

The staff were amazing and the location was great! Took the train from Reagan Airport and the hotel is right across the street.

We thought there was complimentary breakfast based on our check in conversation. I ended up paying $30 for yogurt, coffee and granola. Lesson learned

Hotel staff were friendly.

The building is in need of updates. There was little water pressure in the shower. There was a horrible cheap perfume scented air freshener in halls, lobby, and restaurant that gave me a migraine. Blanket on bed was very thin.

Over charging and not be honest. I booked 2 rooms prepaid with breakfast. The hotel charged $60 extra for parking, Checking out said I owe nothing except parking, but my credit card showed they charged $149 extra.

Recently remodeled room; extremely nice staff; value vs location was perfect.

Close to everything including museums, food places and transportation, very convenient location to catch everything

We were close to the attractions as well as all transportation. The baggage assistance guys were outstanding.

Unit dark/gloomy/dreary. Livingroom ceiling light continuously go off, no window. No door to bdrm. No sleep noise 24/7 from generator/motor outside window. No view/sunlight. Told all 1bdrm units are located in back. Depressing unit. would not stay again.

Very central. Not far away from National Mall.

Catastrophic parking situation. Very slow and unreliable valet-parking. Room with an atmosphere of a German bunker, no daylight. Skip the valt-parking. Use the nearby parking garage to the left of the hotel. It's better and a lot cheaper.

Hotel is awful and very disconnected. the parking of $56 per night was ridiculous, the $--- for 2 nights was crazy, consdiering no cleaning of the rooms and no one bothered to even check to see if youi need anything. Not welcoming at all!

Yes, I was promised I wouldn¿t have to pay if I got on my stand by flight. I was able to get on the flight and called the hotel the minute I got on. They said they already charged and there was nothing they could do. Please help me with this

Location was perfect for walking. Clean and safe neighborhood. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Bed was firm and comfortable. Keurig was well stocked with coffee and teas. Very close to an inexpensive SpotHero lot.

Heating unit fan in our room was fairly loud. Thermostat worked but seemed off by 5-6 degrees. Pool was warm the first evening but pretty cool in the last morning.

Price of parking is outrageous! There is a public parking garage that allows 24 hour parking for $40 and the hotel was charging $51 plus a tip because it¿s valet only. I¿m not a cheap person but I am logical when it comes to maximizing my $$

Key card to use elevator was annoying.

The staff were super friendly. The room was more spacious than I expected. The bed was comfie. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. It was located across the street from a metro station. It had a tiny indoor pool and small fitness room.

The bartender wasn't very friendly and they charged a lot for soda water. Our view was to an alley way and there was so much noise in the morning.
