The location, super central.

Everything else. I booked 2 rooms for 2 couples: in one we found in the minibar some old pastries from previous guests, towels for one person and bath gel for one person, TV had no channel available. In the other one the bed linen was too short for the size of the mattress and couldn’t be tucked in, no bathroom amenities at all and one towel only, the shower mixer was broken, the TV here also had no channel available. Cleanliness was not existent, floor was dirty with some very visible food crumbles. We reported a couple of issues at the beginning (pastries, towels, amenities) but since the response was “sorry, it must have been forgotten or overlooked” we did not bother to say anything more, so not spoil our 2 days family getaway. We received the day of departure 2 bottles (one each room) of liquor to apologize…since we spent over 300 euro per night to have what we had, it is nice but honestly far from enough given what happened. The hotel had few rooms on one floor, cannot believe they were not able to check them properly before giving them out to guests. It’s just unacceptable, and for that amount per night, even more. Also upon arrival, I was asked to pay the tourist tax, which is fine, but they made the calculation only for one room, so the other room was missing and I was literally chased few times to pay that 12 euro immediately, which I found not polite at all.
