Clean & Comfortable rooms. Restaraunt was just ok. Pricey.

Never receieved any replacement coffee, you do not get your room cleaned if you don't put up the door hanger sign, even then it is not really cleaned, just replaced towels and made the bed. Should maybe put a door hanger sign in each room, as I asked the

The location was great, close to downtown and a good walking distance . The room and washroom was a good size. Loved the fridge, microwave and coffee maker being in the room

The entrance lobby needs some paintings or plants to make it more welcoming and a rearranging of the ugly black chairs The hallways were absolutely freezing Our room was very dusty and smelled dusty

Spacious room, washroom shower water was just perfect, clean towels n hair dryer didn¿t need one from home.

Only had problem with the heater the control wasn¿t working to my needs.

Location, surroundings, and view. Within walking distance of downtown and city transit. Shuttle to and from airport. Plenty of parking.

Internet outage during night hours to be issue.

My lost scarf imported from Scotland did not find its was back to me. I only hope the girl found the morning I left behind

Excellent room with many small details that were high quality and appreciated (coffee, toiletries, etc). The shuttle service to the airport was well organized, making the transfer very easy after long travel days.

The staff were very accommodating of our need for separate receipts for the different nights we stayed, as it was both a personal and business trip. They also worked in a last-minute request to extend our room with no hassle and no extra charge when we unexpectedly needed to stay an extra night.

The dishes provided were not clean and, considering the latitude, the rooms need better black-out curtains for spring/summer nights

The rooms are well-appointed, staff is professional, and the workout room is convenient and well-maintained.

This is the north - you need better blackout curtains for spring/summer!

Roominess in the suite

Wasn’t told it was a long ways from the main building. Couldn’t use sauna.

We were a 10 minute walk from a lot of decent restaurants, and the hotel restaurant was pretty good too. It was nice having a full kitchen in the room, as well as a toaster, water boiler, and coffee machine.

The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs

Hotel does not prepare bedding for the sofa bed. So the first night there was no blanket or comforter for the sofa bed. We asked on the first night but their staff said they had no blanket or comfort left. We get on the second night with only one thin blanket, no more to provide. So it was still cold.

I stay at this property often for work. It is clean and in a good location.

I always struggle with the airport shuttle for this hotel. Both pickup and dropoff options only seem to be available half the time. This is particularly frustrating in the winter.

The room was very comfortable. I've slept so well in the bed. Temperature was great and easy to control. I loved the shower and the bath tub. What I liked the most was the fact that there was a microwave, coffee machine, frigobar and plates, forks etc in the room. Really amazing.

Cleaning was not so good. I found some hair in the bathroom and floor right after arriving.

Easy location to downtown Yellowknife. Close to airport. I love the rock and looking at the nearby water. It was easy to find the shuttle bus at the airport. I love the small airport and community probably because I live near Toronto. The hotel was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We enjoyed tasty meals in the restaurant. The staff were efficient and so very helpful. They helped me with a forgotten toothbrush ? and stored our luggage after checkout while we explored. We couldn’t ask for more. Looks like they are doing lobby renovations which looks like it will be nice.

I hope that they keep adding indigenous history to Yellowknife and incorporate the indigenous culture and art.

More like an apartment than a motel room. A laundry room with washer and dryer was unexpected. Large living room with a balcony. Full kitchen including range, microwave oven, home size refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher.Not all rooms have these amenities, but ours on the ground floor of the new building was astounding.The housekeeping staff was very willing to bring towels, coffee, laundry soap, extra pillows, etc.

A numerical address on the building would make it easier for taxi dispatchers to send transportation. A general cleanup outside to remove trash from the retention pond and backyard is needed.

Overall space furniture

Takes hours to check in and the check in staff person asking same questions that are clearly confirmed and shown on the reservation. Staff coming to the room 2 times for no reason, and 2nd time walks right into the room, looking around in rooms and bathroom. There is no safety lock on the door in the new building, so staff can walk in anytime, there is no sense of security for women.

Housekeeping was slow, and was not done while we were out despite telling the front desk to do it righr away/

The one bedroom apartment was such a great place for me and my family. Especially travelling with my small family. The space in the room was comfortable for all of us to more around and have our own space.

The one bedroom apartments should have larger garbage cans had to constantly throw out the garbage but everything else was great.
